Mumbai: Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan’s luxurious iconic abode ‘Mannat’ is set to get two more floors.
According to a report in India.com, the six-storeyed mansion, which is a must-visit landmark for his fans from across the country, will turn into an eight-storeyed mansion if the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) gives permission.
Shah Rukh’s wife Gauri Khan has submitted an application to the MCZMA seeking construction of two more floors at an estimated cost of Rs 25 crore. The application is currently under review.
Designed by SRK’s wife Gauri, who is also a renowned interior designer, ‘Mannat’ is an architectural masterpiece.
The 27,000-square-foot mansion has five bedrooms, a private movie theater, a fitness center, a pool, a luxurious library, and a breathtaking patio. At present, the property is worth Rs 300 crore.
