Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan will be turning a year older on November 2 and tinsel town is abuzz with news that the ageless superstar will be celebrating his special day in a grand way.
Shah Rukh and his wife Gauri Khan have planned a grand party at Mannat and invitations have already been sent to nearly 250 guests, Bollywood Life reported.
So who all are among the invitees?
Reports suggested the likes of Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt on the guest list, but there was no mention of Salman Khan.
It may be reminded that Shah Rukh had avoided paying his last respects to Baba Siddique, after the latter was murdered by the Bishnoi gang, due to safety concerns.
The Bishnoi gang had warned bigwigs to stay away from Salman, else they too will be added to their hitlist.
It will be interesting to see if the Bollywood badshah invites his friend Salman for the mega birthday bash.
Shah Rukh, who will turn 59 on Saturday, is believed to be one of the film industry’s best hosts as he personally attends to all his guests.
On Koffee With Karan, Gauri had once said, “He is always seeing off the guests to their car. Sometimes I feel like he spends more time outside than inside during parties. Then people start looking for him. It makes me feel like we are having the party outside on the road rather than inside the house!”
On work front, Shah Rukh will next be seen in Sujoy Ghosh’s ‘King,’ in which he will share screen space with his daughter Suhana Khan.
