The transaction was registered on February 13, 2024, documents revealed.
Alibaug, in Maharashtra’s Raigad district, is located around 97 kilometre south of Mumbai.
The picturesque seaside coastal town is favourite of celebrities.
Shah Rukh himself owns a sea-facing property in Thal, which reportedly has a helipad and a swimming pool.
