Bhubaneswar: Senior journalist and author Shekhar Gupta will be delivering Harishchandra Memorial lecture to mark the 88th birth anniversary of Harishchandra Baxipatra on November 17.
The programme, being organised by Harishchandra Baxipatra Smruti Commitee, will be held at Jaydev Bhawan here from 5.30 pm.
Eminent journalist Maheswar Mulia and social worker Sudhir Rout will be conferred with Harishchandra Baxipatra Samman on the occasion.
Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan and MLA Amar Prasad Satpathy will attend as chief guests. Former Finance Minister of Odisha will preside over the meeting.
