Cuttack: The Orissa High Court has asked the state government to submit the case diary on the much-talked-about shelter home sexual abuse in Dhenkanal.
A division bench of Justice Satrughana Pujahari issued the directive while hearing the bail plea of the managing director of the Good News India, Fayaz Rahman on Friday.
The court posted the next hearing in the case to January 29.
After his arrest by the Dhenkanal Sadar Police on December 3 last year, Rahman had applied for his bail at the Special POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) court. As the court rejected his bail plea, he had moved the High Court on December 19.
