[Watch] Shikhar Dhawan & Son Feed Stray Animals During COVID-19 Crisis

Several celebrities, including film personalities and sportspersons, have extended helping hand in these difficult times caused by COVID-19 pandemic.

Team India cricketer Shikhar Dhawan recently took to his social media account and posted a heartwarming and inspiring video for his fans. In the video, the Indian opener and his son are seen feeding stray cows.

Just like different sections of society, the nationwide lockdown has hit stray animals as well as they have been left to starve. Some people have even abandoned their pets fearing that they may contract the deadly virus from the animals.

Sending across a strong message to his followers, Dhawan posted: “As a father, it’s very important to teach my son the true values of life and one of them is to be kind to others, especially the ones in need. Feeding hungry animals during these tough times are important and I feel proud imparting such deep lessons to my son. Would request everyone to do their bit.”
