An Italian cargo ship sank off the coast of France on Tuesday. It was carrying over 2000 cars including 37 Porsches, some of the limited edition Porsche 911 GT2 RS worth Rs 3.88 crore each.
The ship caught fire just 150 miles from France. The British Navy rescued the 27 crew members on board. The ship belonged to Italian company Grimaldi Lines and was carrying the cars from Germany to Morocco and then to Brazil.
