Bhubaneswar: Amid the divorcer rumours, Pakistani cricketer, Shoaib Malik dropped a special message for his wife and Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza as she turned 36 on Tuesday.
Taking to Instagram, Shoaib Malik wrote, “Happy Birthday to you @mirzasaniar. Wishing you a very healthy & happy life! Enjoy the day to the fullest…”
Rumours about strains in the marriage of the star couple have been rife for quite some time. According to Pakistani news outlet Samaa TV, Shoaib reportedly cheated on Sania and the Pakistani actress and model Ayesha Omar with whom Shoaib Malik did a bold photoshoot for a Pakistani magazine a few months back is believed to be the alleged reason for their separation.
The duo, however, has not made any announcement in this regard.

A cryptic post by Sania about heartbreaks further fanned the separation saga. “Where do broken hearts go? To find Allah,” she wrote on November 8. A few days back, she uploaded a picture with her son along with a caption, “The moments that get me through the hardest days.”
However, the announcement of the new talk show, “The Mirza Malik Show”, which they will host together made fans wonder if the separation buzz was only a publicity stunt.
Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik got married in April 2010. The couple moved to Dubai after their wedding and welcomed their son Izhaan Mirza Malik in 2018.
Notably, they had shared their son’s birthday about two weeks back.
