Puri: A show-cause notice has been issued to the policeman, who entered Gudhicha temple here on his two-wheeler on October 29, Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) Development Administrator Ajay Kumar Jena informed on Sunday.
Besides, barricades have been put up at Singhadwar following the incident.
The policeman entered the Gundicha temple on his two-wheeler in violation of restrictions on vehicles in holy places in Odisha. The policeman was not stopped by anyone at the temple gate as he can be seen smoothly making his way into the premises.
