Shrutiksha Nayak Crowned Femina Miss India Odisha 2018

Bhubaneswar: Shrutiksha Nayak was crowned Fbb Femina Miss India Odisha 2018 at a glittering ceremony in Kolkata recently. The 21-year-old model will represent Odisha in Femina Miss India 2018 to be held in June.

“I am very happy with this achievement. I hope to make my parents and State proud through hard work and dedication. If given an opportunity, I would work to create a better society,” said the new beauty queen Shrutiksha.

Sharing her experience, she said, “Every participant was unique, beautiful and talented. It was great interacting with the winners of 13 other states.”

The east zone finals in Kolkata were judged by Pooja Chopra, who also mentored the girls, film director Srijit Mukherjee, designer Kommal Sood, actor and former model Subhashree Ganguly and Bengali actor Bonny Sengupta.

The finalists from Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Sikkim, Assam, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and West Bengal, will now represent their states in the most prestigious beauty pageant of the country, fbb Colors Femina Miss India 2018.

They will be groomed for the grand finale in Mumbai. “We have to spend a month in Mumbai for the grooming session,” said the model who studied in KIIT University, Bhubaneswar.
