Bhubaneswar: Odia girl Shrutiksha Nayak is hopeful to create history by winning the Femina Miss India 2018 crown to be held on June 19 in Mumbai.
The 21-year model will represent Odisha at the most gigantic event. Standing among top 30 contestants selected from 30 states, Shrutiksha has been toiling hard to bring home the crown.
“We are too busy with our schedules. After winning Fbb Femina Miss India Odisha crown at Kolkata held in March, we have been groomed for the finale,” said the new beauty queen of Odisha.
“As everyone is talented here, I am putting all my effort to make my state proud and shine among all,” added Shrutiksha who studied in KIIT University in Bhubaneswar.
“At the finale, we will be wearing the costumes of Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla,” she said.
If given an opportunity, she wants to work for the betterment of the society. No girl from Odisha has ever been titled at the prestigious beauty pageant.
Reigning title holder Manushi Chhillar will crown her successor at the event.
