Jaisalmer: Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s families have reportedly made a last-minute change to the wedding plans and the Shershaah co-stars would now take ‘pheras’ on February 7.
According to reports, the mehndi ceremony was held on Sunday and the Sangeet is scheduled to take place on Monday. Kiara’s brother Mishaal Advani, who is a singer and composer, is expected to deliver a special performance at the Sangeet. DJ Ganesh will also perform at the sangeet. The playlist for the function will include the couples’ songs like Kala Chashma, Bijlee, Rangi Saari, Disco Deewane and Nachde Ne Saare, according to an India Today report.
According to ETimes, Sidharth and Kiara would be hosting a welcome lunch for guests at noon in the courtyard of Jaisalmer’s Suryagarh Hotel.
Ahead of their Sangeet ceremony, a video of the couplei dancing together is going viral on social media.
Sidharth and Kiara, who have managed to keep their dating life a secret for the longest time, arrived at their wedding venue on Saturday to kickstart the festivities. Many of their close friends including Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajpur, Karan Johar and Isha Ambani have already joined them in Jaisalmer for the lavish celebrations.
The security was beefed up for the Ambanis who landed in Jaisalmer on Sunday. Isha Ambani and her husband Anand Piramal arrived on Sunday evening, Akash Ambani and his wife Shloka Mehta were seen at Jaisalmer’s airport earlier this morning.
