New Delhi: A haul of illegal weapons has been recovered from accused Santosh Jadhav, suspected to be one of the key shooters in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case. A total of 13 pistols and eight mobiles have been recovered from Santosh Jadhav, India Today reported saying as many as seven members of Santosh Jadhav’s gang have also been arrested by the Pune Rural Police.
Moose Wala was killed with the AN-94 Russian assault rifle (Avtomat Nikonova model of 1994) on May 29.
Four days after the Pune Police intensified their investigation, on June 14, they nabbed the accused sharpshooter, Santosh Jadhav. Jadhav is currently facing four criminal cases, including the murder of a gangster. He had shifted his base to Punjab and Rajasthan. He has also received advanced weapons training, the report added.
