Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported a significant rise in daily COVID caseload on Thursday with 482 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
According to the I & PR department, 283 cases are from quarantine and 199 local contacts. Among them, 108 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

25. Sambalpur: 26
26. Sonepur: 7
27. Sundargarh: 107
Besides, 17 are from the state pool.
With these cases being detected from 18,036 samples, the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) stood at 2.67%. Odisha now has 2,909 active cases.
