Cuttack: Patients can now avail of multiple consultations at the OPD of SCB Medical College and Hospital here through a single ticket.
“Each ticket is valid for a month for consultation, investigation and treatment,” SCB Superintendent Saroj Kanta Sahoo said while elaborating about the Central Registration System introduced in the hospital.
It is aimed at streamlining healthcare service and improving efficiency in the hospital. For outstation patients, an advance ticket booking system has been introduced, he added.
