Jharsuguda: Six workers of Odisha Power Generation Corporation (OPGC) were injured in an accident at the plant in Odisha’s Jharsuguda district late on Saturday.
According to the sources, the six were at the ash handling unit when the hopper accidentally dropped hot ash on them.
They were immediately rushed to Plant hospital. They were later shifted to Apollo Hospitals in Bhubaneswar after the condition of two of the workers deteriorated.
