New Delhi: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has nominated six MPs from Odisha as members of five Parliamentary committees.
According to a notification issued by the Lok Sabha Secretariat, following is the list of nominated Odisha MPs and the committees:
- Pinaki Mishra (BJD) and Suresh Pujari (BJP): Subordinate Legislation Committee
- Saptagiri Ulaka (Congress): Committee on Papers Laid on the Table
- Chandrasekhar Sahu (BJD): Committee on Government Assurances
- Achyutananda Samant: Privilege Committee
- Aparajita Sarangi: Ethics Committee
