Bhubaneswar: After a gap of almost four months, the skill test for driving licence (DL) and computerised learner licence (LL) will resume in Odisha.
The process of DL and LL was suspended due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
“Tests will resume within two-three days and will be conducted abiding by all COVID19 guidelines. Only 20 candidates will be allowed to appear the tests,” informed Transport Minister Padmanav Behera.
Under Secretary to Government, KC Muduli had earlier written a letter in this regard to the Transport Commissioner of Odisha.
The Transport Commissioner has been authorised to give vital operational rules for the direction of the DL/LL test and choose the number of people to be called for such tests in a day.
“However, utmost care must be taken to maintain social distancing and sanitisation of the premises. Persons without mask should not be allowed,” he added.
