Bhubaneswar: Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) University has been chosen for the One District One Green Champion Award for Khurda district.
The university in Bhubaneswar has been chosen in recognition of its exemplary performance in Swachhta Action Plan (SAP) Green Campus Initiative.
The award is instituted by Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education (MGNCRE), Ministry of Education.
“Your contribution to the field of Swachhta aspects is well appreciated and we congratulate you,” a communication from the Ministry stated. We recognise you as One District One Green Champion,” it said.
