Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Tuesday declared a holiday for all educational institutions and government offices on December 26 (Thursday) on account of the solar eclipse.
School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash said an instruction to this effect has been given to all educational institutions.
The solar eclipse will begin at 8:20:08 am and end at 11:29:10 am on December 26.
