Songs Of Prabhas-Starrer ‘The Raja Saab’ Scrapped; Know Why

Hyderabad: As Prabhas fans are eagerly awaiting the release of his latest film ‘The Raja Saab’, reports suggest that some of its songs have been scrapped and are being reworked.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the film’s music composer Thaman S revealed that the team has started composing songs afresh.

“The makers finished the whole film, and Prabhas Garu is coming up with commercial songs after a very long time. We have already made many songs through the process. But I said, ‘Let’s change.’ They have not shot it yet, so I thought let’s trash all the songs we’ve done and make new songs,” Thaman said.

Thaman further shared that the film will have a variety of tracks, including “a melody song, an introduction song, a special crazy dance song, featuring Prabhas and three female actors, and a love song.”

Directed by Maruthi and produced by Viswa Prasad under the People Media Factory banner, ‘The Raja Saab’ will release in five languages including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

The film is expected to hit theatres on Dussehra this year.
