Bhubaneswar: Coastal and southern parts of Odisha will continue to experience rain during the next 4 days, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) informed.
Light to moderate rain or thundershower is likely at one or two places in Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Balasore, Bhadrak, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Khurda, Puri, Nayagarh, Kandhamal, Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Nabarangapur, Kalahandi and Koraput during the next 24 hours, while dry weather may prevail in the remaining parts of the state.
On March 22, light to moderate rain or thundershower is likely at one or two places in North coastal Odisha, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Gajapati, Kalahandi and Nabarangpur.
Some places in Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Balasore, Bhadrak, Malakngiri, Koraput, Rayagada and Gajapati may experience thundershower on March 23.
Light to moderate rain or thundershower is likely at one or two places in Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Nabarangpur and Gajapati during the subsequent 24 hours.
The MeT office has also forecast a gradual rise in temperature by 3-4 degree Celsius at many places in Odisha.
