Bhubaneswar: A special cell to trace kidnapped and missing persons was opened under the Bhubaneswar Commissionerate Police on Wednesday.
Speaking to the mediapersons, Bhubaneswar DCP Umashankar Dash said the cell will also deal with unnatural death cases.
Referring to the missing cases, he said that 800 minor girls have gone missing since the formation of the Commissionerate Police on January 1, 2008, of which 30 have been rescued so far.
