Bhubaneswar: The SpiceJet will launch its direct flight services from Veer Surendra Sai Airport, Jharsuguda to Chennai airport from March 28.
According to the director of Jharsuguda airport, Kishore Senapati, the flight services will be available all everyday in the week. The flight will take off from VSS airport at 3.30 pm and land at Chennai at 5 pm. It will take off from Chennai airport at 1.10 pm and land at Jharsuguda airport at 3 pm, he added.
The VSS airport authorities have been trying more connectivity to other destinations like Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad and Guwahati, Senapati said.
