Rourkela: A man dressed as Spiderman was fined for dangerous driving in Odisha’s Rourkela recently.
On Wednesday, he was caught riding a motorcycle without a helmet, overspeeding, and using a modified silencer that produced a loud noise, causing inconvenience to others.
He was slapped Rs 15,000 fine for the series of traffic violations after he failed to justify his actions. His motorcycle was seized, and he was penalised for not wearing a helmet, speeding, and using an illegal silencer, the NDTV reported.
