Bellary: The Sports Odisha Under-15 team on Saturday entered the final of the JSW Youth Cup for the first time.
In a closely-contested, exciting semifinal against the strong Reliance Foundation Young Champs side, the two teams were tied at 2-2 after regulation time.
The match then went to a tie-breaker, in which Sports Odisha prevailed 4-2 on penalties.
The Odisha boys will vie for the coveted trophy against RoundGlass Punjab FC, who outplayed Bengaluru FC 3-0 in the second semifinal.
