The accused, Munna Bhuyan, was out on bail after being arrested on charges of trying to rape the daughter of the deceased, Bharati Sahu (41). He was nabbed from a nearby village. “We have started the process of getting his previous bail cancelled as he has committed a violent crime during the bail period,” Cuttack deputy commissioner of police Kanwar Vishal Singh said.
