Mumbai: ‘Zero’, a movie that celebrates life, had two of its poster released on Thursday.
The first poster features happy-looking Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma. Shah Rukh plays a vertically-challenged man Bauaa Singh and Anushka can be seen on a wheelchair, as a specially-abled character.
Sharing the poster on Tweeter, Shah Rukh wrote, “Iss poori duniya mein, meri barabari ki ek hi toh hai #ZeroPoster.”
He shared the same poster again and wrote a few words of appreciation for Anushka, “Isn’t she the warmest and kindest! My friend… Thanks for bringing Zero to life!”
Anushka also uploaded a picture and wrote, “Dekhiye toh zara! Abhi tak haan naa kuch bhi nahi bola hai isey, aur phir bhi kitna khush lag raha hai. Waise jodi buri nahi hai. Kya kehte ho?”
Director Aanand L rai addressed Anushka as the jolliest character of his film. While sharing the poster he wrote there are a thousand reasons to stay upset but only one to be happy – when someone lovingly asks you to smile, do it.
Katrina Kaif shared the second poster, where she is seen in a ravishing red gown, looking at Shah Rukh Khan. Shah rukh uploaded the same picture with the caption, “Sitaaron ke khwaab dekhne walon, humne toh chaand ko kareeb se dekha hai,” he wrote.
The duo were last seen together in ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’.
Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Colour Yellow Productions, the movie will hit the theaters on December 21.
The trailer will be released officially on Friday, which is also King Khan’s 53rd birthday.
However, several journalists had a look at the trailer prior to its official release and have heaped praises on the same, saying it is ‘awesome’, ‘outstanding’ and ‘daring’.
