Bhubaneswar: To ensure timely implementation of all welfare projects promised by him during the recent elections, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday directed his ministers to submit the monthly report on the status of these projects by seventh of each month.
Accordingly, the ministers will submit their first report by July 7.
After taking the oath, the Council of Ministers had a meeting on May 29 and decided to give priority to the works, that the BJD had promised in its election manifesto.
Presiding over the meeting, the Chief Minister had said that his government will apprise the people of the status of the manifesto exactly after a year. He had called on the ministers to give their best for the successful implementation of the party manifesto. Besides, he also asked the ministers to work on the principles of 5 Ts—teamwork, transparency, technology, transformation and time—while laying emphasis on a progressive administrative model.
