Bhubaneswar: Chairperson of Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA), Subroto Bagchi, was on Saturday appointed Chief Spokesperson of the Odisha Government on Covid-19.
Bagchi will also head the IEC team constituted to undertake various activities to spread awareness for containing Covid-19.
As per a media communiqué, Bagchi will guide the team in the official press briefings.
