Jharsuguda: One more member of the family, which was undergoing treatment at VIMSAR in Burla after attempting mass suicide, died on Friday. The deceased was identified as Bandita Biswal.

Notably, five members of the family had attempted suicide at Lahandabud village in Jharsuguda district on Tuesday.

While the elder son, Srikant Biswal (33), had died on Wednesday morning, his sister, Pinki (31), breathed her last the same night. His mother Pushpabati (58) died early on Thursday and Bandita Biswal away too. Another daughter is said to be in a very critical condition.
