Bhubaneswar: The Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital, here on Wednesday launched the facility to extend COVID vaccination to the people in the age group of 15 to 18 years.
On the first day, only physically challenged persons in the age group were provided the vaccine in the drive organised in collaboration with ICICI Foundation.
Among others, Prof Pushparaj Samantasinhar, Medical Superintendent of IMS and SUM Hospital; Prof Mamatadevi Mohanty, Head of the Pediatric department and Prof Lipilekha Patnaik of the Community Medicine department were
present during the launch of the vaccination programme.
