Sundargarh: Police have cracked the rape and murder of a 15-year-old girl in Sundargarh district with the arrest of the accused, identified as Kuldeep Magar.
According to police sources, he had confessed to have raped the minor girl and then throttling her to death. He then returned the spot after some time and spread branches and leaves over the body.
Police have forwarded the accused and charged him under POCSO Act.
