Sunday Poem: Waves

Waves touch the
sombre shore
sometimes sober
fierce at times
a relentless journey
of fathomless
oceans!

They speak in
silence
few understand
their language
and the saga
of despondence!!

Desire to be
left alone
to experience
the stillness
the quietness
an inward journey of
bliss and happiness!!

Gush of wind
creates
high tides
dreams die
waves embrace
turbulence
as nothing controls
the uncontrollables!

Beautiful they are
with their foam
and motion
but may lose
life and lustre
without agility
and emotion!!
