Cuttack: The Supreme Court will hear the petition filed by Ollywood actress Varsha Priyadarshini to transfer the divorce suit filed by her actor-husband, Anubhav Mohanty, at the Patiala House Court in Delhi to Cuttack on October 16.
According to sources, a single bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy will hear the matter.
On October 7, the Delhi court had served a notice to Varsha to appear in person on December 10.
The Ollywood actress had filed the transfer petition in the apex court on September 19 to shift the divorce suit to Cuttack.
