Bhadrak: The COVID-19 tally in the Odisha’s Bhadrak district touched 2419 on Thursday with an overnight addition of 82 positive cases.
According to the district administration, all are local contact cases.
Bhandaripokhari block reported the highest of 29 cases, followed by nine each from Bhadrak and Bonth block, six from Dhamnagar block, five each from Chandbali and Tihidi block, four each from Basudevpur block, Dhamnagar NAC and Bhadrak municipality, three each from Chandabali NAC and Basudevpur municipality.
One patient belongs to Balasore district.

The district also reported one more death in the last 24 hours, taking the toll to seven.
With seven deaths and 1662 recoveries, Bhadrak now has 750 active cases.
