Surya Mohapatra To Lead Odisha U-19 In Vinoo Mankad Trophy

Bhubaneswar: Surya Mohapatra will lead the Odisha under-19 team in the all-India Vinoo Mankad Trophy to be played at Mohali from September 28.

Announcing the 22-member squad, which will travel to Mohali on September 20, junior men’s selection committee chairman Amiya Ray and head coach Rashmi Ranjan Parida informed the media on Sunday that the Odisha colts will play three pre-season practice matches. All of them will be against Jharkhand — on September 12, 14 and 16.

In the Vinoo Mankad Trophy, Odisha will play against Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Bihar.
