Mumbai: Probing the money laundering angle in actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday raided four locations linked to filmmaker Dinesh Vijan.
Zee News reported that ED was currently carrying out searches at Vijan’s properties.
Vijan directed Sushant Singh Rajput and Kirti Sanon in Raabta, which released in 2017. As per a Times Now report, Vijan had signed a two project deal with Sushant, but after ‘Raabta’ failed at the box office the second project never started. Apart from searching Vijan’s premises, ED will also consider ‘transactions involved in the contract related and monetary details related to the second project’, Times Now reported.
Vijan was interrogated by ED officials for around eight hours on September 15.
