Mumbai: Five days before his alleged death by suicide on June 14, Sushant Singh Rajput had reportedly sent an SOS to his sister Meetu Singh, expressing concern over his safety.

According to a Times Now report, Sushant wrote: “Mujhe darr lag raha hai, mujhe maar denge (I am scared, I will be killed).” This was a day after celebrity manager Disha Salian fell to her death from the 14th floor of a highrise in Malad. There have been reports indicating strong links between their deaths.

Sushant further said that he had been desperately trying to get in touch with his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, but she was not answering his calls. “It is very urgent that I speak to her because I fear those people will implicate me in something,” Sushant reportedly told his sister.

However, if earlier reports are to believed, Meetu had spent a few days with Sushant from June 8-12. Rhea had told in an interview that the actor had asked her to leave his place on June 8 since his sister was coming to stay with him. The actress had further said that she had blocked Sushant’s phone number on June 9.
