Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government effected a minor reshuffle in the Indian Forest Service (IFS) cadre by appointing 1987 batch officer Sushil Kumar Popli as Director, Environment, a General Administration notification said.
While 1998 batch IFS Debadutta Biswal has been transferred as special secretary, Steel and Mines, 1994 batch IFS Dr K Murugesan will take charge as member secretary, Odisha State Pollution Control Board (OSPCB), the notice said.
Besides, 2013 batch IFS Rinku Kumari as Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) of Koraput and 2014 batch IFS P Poornima as DFO (Wildlife) of Bhadrakh, it added.
