Bhubaneswar: Suniti Mund, who was suspended from BJP on Sunday, and her supporters were driven out of the party headquarters on Tuesday, said sources.
Mund and her supporters had to face the ire of BJP Mahila Morcha members which followed a verbal duel and subsequently they were forced out of the party office, the sources added.
Mund was recently suspended from the BJP on charges of anti-party activities. Mund, said sources, had come to meet senior BJP leaders at state BJP headquarters but her arrival led to commotion on the premises.
The Mahila Morcha members said as Mund was suspended from the party, she should not turn up at the party office. As she was speaking to the media, she was opposed and asked to leave the party office.
“False allegations have been levelled against me and the truth will soon come out. This is my house and BJP is my family,” Mund said.
