Swarm of bees stings two brothers to death in Kalahandi

Kalahandi: Two persons were killed after being attacked by bees at Putesh village under Kalampur block in Kalahandi district on Monday.

The deceased were identified as Laxman Majhi and his younger brother Loth Majhi.

According to reports, the duo was attacked by a swarm of bees while grazing cattle in a nearby forest. While Laxman died on the spot, Loth was rescued by some villagers and admitted to Kalampur community health centre. He, however, succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
