Mumbai: After painting the town red, celebrity couple Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma have apparently gone their separate ways.
The reports of their breakup surfaced just weeks after speculation over their impending wedding in the coming year. The actors, however have decided to share a cordial relationship despite the break-up. “Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma parted ways weeks ago as a couple but they plan to remain good friends. Both have been working hard in their respective schedules,” Pinkvilla reported, quoting a source.
However, the reason behind the breakup is still not known.
Both, Tamannaah and Vijay are yet to announce their separation publicly.
In 2023, the dating rumours started doing the rounds when Tamannaah and Vijay were spotted celebrating New Year together in Goa.
It is believed that Vijay and Tamannaah got close to each other while working in Sujoy Ghosh’s ‘Lust Stories 2.’
During an interview with Film Companion in June, Tamannaah confirmed her relationship with Vijay.
Since then, the couple has been quite vocal about their relationship on social media and public events.
Reacting to reports of their marriage next year, Tamannaah told Hindustan Times, “I am very happy in life right now. Shaadi bhi ho sakti hai, kyun nahin? (Marriage is also a possibility. Why not?)”
“For me, shaadi aur career ka koi connection nahin hai (there is no connection between marriage and career). I’m very ambitious. I will continue to act even after marriage,” she added.
