To counter the fall in car sales due to the lockdown, Tata Motors on Monday launched an online sales platform called ‘Click to Drive’ to enable customers to buy cars without having to leave their homes.
The platform, which is integrated with more than 750 Tata Motors dealerships, will have a vehicle home delivery option later.
Customers need to register themselves on the webstie and select the model of their choice. They can browse every detail of the car including videos.
After selecting the cars, customers can choose their preferred dealer for either home delivery or collect at the dealership at a later date.
Booking amount can be paid online. Tata Motors call centre and sales team will guide customers through financing and exchange services as well. All communication will take place via emails, WhatsApp and video calls.
