Mumbai: Tata on Tuesday posted a video for its popular SUV Safari. The video titled “Safari – We Miss You” shows all generations of the SUV along with catchy phrases and photographs from owners and groups.
One such photo is from Khardung La pass, the world’s highest motorable road.
The Safari Storme was the last generation Safari and was discontinued in 2019. Tata didn’t renew it after BS6 norms came into effect. The first Safari was introduced in 1998.
However, the video has made many think if Tata is actually planning to resurrect the Safari name with a future product like Hyundai did with the Santro.
