Nashik/New Delhi: IT major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has suspended several employees at its Nashik unit after serious allegations of sexual harassment and forced religious conversion surfaced, triggering a widening investigation and political reactions.

The company confirmed the action, reiterating its “zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and coercion of any form” and said it is cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies probing the case, reported the TOI. The controversy has escalated rapidly, with multiple FIRs, arrests, and the formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the allegations.
