Team From Rourkela Steel Plant Wins Coveted RAN-NITI Competition

Rourkela: A three-member team from Odisha’s Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) won the prestigious Director (Personnel)’s Cup – RAN-NITI 2019-20.

The team members — Prakash Chandra Sahoo and Bikrant Kumar Patel, both Managers of Finance and Accounts department and Biswajit Jena, Manager, Instrumentation – ensured RSP topped the competition for the first time since it was launched in 2012.

A total of 95 teams from SAIL units across the country participated in the competition, with 14 teams qualifying for the finals.

Organized by Corporate Office in association with All India Management Association (AIMA), the event was conducted online taking into consideration the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
