Team Odisha Beats Hosts Karnataka, Storms Into Final Of National T20 Meet For Blind

Bengaluru: CAB Odisha overcame CABI Karnataka by 42 runs in Bengaluru on Monday to enter the final of the third Nagesh Trophy National T20 Cricket tournament for the Blind.

Pankaj Bhue scored 88 off 54 balls while Sukhram Majhi smashed 87 off 47 balls to power the Odisha side to a mammoth total of 224 for 3 in the stipulated 20 overs. Bhue and Majhi hit 13 boundaries each.

In reply, the home team was restricted to 182 for 3 in 20 overs, as Prakash’s century (105) went in vain. Bhue was Odisha’s best bowler, bagging 1/26 in 4 overs. He was adjudged Player of the Match.
