Bhubaneswar: The State Government on Monday brought temporary medical camps, COVID hospitals and COVID care centres under the purview of containment parameters.
Issuing fresh guidelines for lockdown 4.0, the Government said since the TMCs, meant for accommodating returnees and others for quarantine purpose, have reported high number of corona positive cases, those places will be declared as containment zones.
On transportation, the government notification stated that inter-state movement of vehicles is allowed with COVID guidelines. Private vehicles, taxis, and buses are allowed to ply. Besides, trucks carrying goods or empty ones can move from one state to another.
The night curfew from 7 pm to 7 am will continue till the end of the lockdown on May 31. Persons with disability, above 65 years of age, pregnant women and children below 10 years are not allowed to move out of their houses.
District magistrates and municipal commissioners have been directed to strictly enforce the guidelines. The government has warned the persons violating the norms of legal prosecution.
