Thank You Hrithik Roshan, Says Mumbai Police! Know Why

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has distributed hand sanitizers to on duty Mumbai Police personnel in an effort to safeguard the health and safety of the frontline warriors.

Expressing gratitude, Mumbai Police tweeted, “Thank you @iHrithik for this thoughtful gesture of delivering hand sanitizers for Mumbai Police personnel on duty. We are grateful for your contribution towards safeguarding the health and safety of our frontline warriors. #MumbaiPoliceFoundation”.

In response, Hrithik tweeted, “My gratitude to our police forces, who have taken our safety in their hands. Stay safe. My love and respect to all in the line of duty”.

Earlier in March, Hrithik had had procured N95 and FFP3 masks for distribution among municipal workers in Mumbai.

Several other Bollywood celebs such as Sonam Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Rajkumar Hirani have also chipped in to help in every possible manner.

Maharashtra has the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 18,120 with Mumbai being one of the major hotspots in the country.
